When visiting the FEM Testing Centre, it is important to follow the rules and restrictions that are in place to ensure the integrity of testing and privacy. Before entering the centre, please read and follow the following instructions regarding items you may not bring with you. Please consider this list as a guide – everything is defined in detail in the TC Operating Regulations.
Electronic devices
All electronic devices are prohibited in the Test Center. This rule includes, but is not limited to:
- Cell phones
- Headphones
- Smart watches
- Calculators
Personal items
For security reasons, the following personal items are also prohibited:
- Stationery
- Papers
- Food and drink
Clothing and accessories
Certain types of clothing and accessories are prohibited from indoor testing areas, such as:
- Tape
- Scarves
- Jackets
- Hats
Please leave these items in the lockers available in the Testing Centre lobby.
Exceptions and safety precautions
If you have special needs or need to carry any of these items for medical reasons, you must request a waiver from the Centre staff in advance so that it can be subsequently granted by the Dean.
The procedure for entry
- When you arrive at the centre, make sure you do not have any of the prohibited items with you.
- Follow the instructions given by the centre staff and do not hesitate to ask if you are unsure.
- Observe any additional safety precautions and hygiene rules that are in place at the centre.

What to do with prohibited items
If you arrive with any of the prohibited items, you will be able to leave them in the locker in the lobby. The Centre is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items in the locker.
