We would like to be as accommodating as possible to students with the possibilities of applying to the FEM Testing Centre and therefore we are shortening the time needed between the application and the test date. Previously the time to log in was 7 hours, we are now reducing it to 2 hours.
Example 1:
After an unsuccessful attempt to write the test in the morning on the last day the test is open (and the test setup allows teachers to write multiple attempts with minimal spacing – this is quite important!) the student decides to retake the test. If there is a vacancy in the Testing Centre (please note that this is not always possible), she books another date, for example in the afternoon. She doesn’t have to wait too long and can still catch lunch at noon. 🙂
The same deadline applies for checking out.
Example 2:
A student wakes up in the morning with a fever, knows that he/she cannot attend the test and by checking out 2 hours in advance, this still frees up a spot in the Testing Centre for those who would have been interested but didn’t get in.
