Location of the FEM Testing Centre
The FEM Testing Centre is located on the ground floor of the Rector’s Office of the ČZU.
During the days of full operation, there are more than 600 choices of test writing dates. Students can book a time via Moodle to come and write the test.
Entering the TC – start with the entry card
Entry to TC is initiated by attaching your student card to the terminal.
A portrait photo is then taken to verify your identity, and the system assigns you a free computer and locker. You can proceed inside with your printed ticket.
Putting items in the locker
Put all the things you don’t need to take the test in your locker. In particular, electronics and metal objects are not allowed inside. Compensatory aids are, of course, allowed – but in cases where they trigger the security frame’s audible signal, they require a pre-approved exception to the Dean’s Office.
Keep your student ID and terminal ticket with you.
Lock the locker by pushing the door and attaching the card. Verify that the lockout actually took place.
Scan the ticket and go through the frame
Proceed to the barcode scanner, scan the ticket from the terminal, and pass through the security frame at the TC guard’s prompt if the green light is on at the top.
If the frame detects a response in the magnetic field, an audible signal will sound, and the light will flash. In this case, you cannot be allowed to write the test.
Put the items causing the frame response in the locker and repeat the passage as instructed by the supervisor.
After successful passage through the frame (you may retake once if initially unsuccessful), proceed to your assigned computer to log in and run your reserved test.
Good luck with the test!
